We aim to foster a culture that prioritizes well-being; In particular, the significance of promoting a student life balance supporting physical, mental and emotional well-being and creating a positive environment to enhance resilience. Additionally- we hope to serve those that cannot or have not been able to commit to traditional workouts due to pain, injuries, time constraints, and mental health.

Non-Tradition approach to health management
Short manageable sessions 7-15 minutes

Exercise
Whole Body Vibration workouts 7-15 minutes long
Blood Flow Restriction – increases bone growth, Hormonal Responses, Musculoskeletal
Stretch and Relax – No Instructor – 8-10 mats with light calming music and low light (set times throughout the day)
Massage Chairs – 20 minutes sessions
Deep breathing techniques
Wellness Lab will be on a reservation basis to allow time to provide each individual the time that they need to attend to their specific needs.
Reservation system will be available online and their Lobo ID Card will have customized access for reserved sessions to avoid any additional hassle of signing in.
