Challenge Form
Submitting a Challenge Form will never alter the outcome of a previously played game. Challenge Forms are to be used to request the review of a specific rule being enforced by the Intramural Sports Department. A Challenge Form is NOT to complain about an official's call or judgement. Challenge Forms are reviewed by the Coordinator of Intramural Sports and are taken seriously.
